Hi I trying to upgrade prestashop from 1.2 to 1.5 everything is ok but load img in home page very slow in Administration Panel load time = 0.1 - 0.2 s. What could be the reason?

Hello I tried to do upgrade prestashop 1.2.5 to 1.5.3 several times and each time I get error 34 -> xml I folow this guide. I made a copy of DB and original site DB size 300Mb. When I try to upgrade to 1.4.11 gives me 100 sql errors - bad subdomain. I would be grateful for some help or guidance.
