  1. What about website using prestashop cloud version? I have no host partner to contact for any update paypal require!

Hello, I'm noticing on my backoffice cart monitor this kind of situation: A non registred user build a cart with many (mostly all) items available, reach a huge amount of order (say 2-3.000 euro) then give up the cart. This is happening in the last week and almost everyday. Can't track the ip as I'm not always online when the user is. Anyonelse is noticing the same situations? Could it be hiding any security risk or is just someone playing with my webshop? Thank you in advance

Hello, the problem is: check out process stops when customer's account has nation field filled with France (no problem with others nations e.g. Italy, Germany and so on): the process in this case report the following message "payment module not installed" Checked on the paypal module in the back office but there's no point related to nationality, same when I check on the localization module, no link to payment options... Any idea? thanks everybody for your help
  5. many thanks to everybody. At the moment, thanks also to paypal technicalsupport, the paypal module is working again, I'll keep on eye on express checkout, but can't understand why/who/when the previously working setup of the module has been modified.... Kind regards
  6. Hello from today, without any update/reconfiguration or other maintenance operation, the payment system trough paypal is not working anymore. Checked with paypal, reinstalled the module...nothing change. The check out process end with this error message: Error occurred: Please try to contact the merchant: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2015-07-02T11:08:33Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10002 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Security error L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Security header is not valid L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error Any idea? Thank you in advance

Hi, can't find the way to edit the document I attacch to my order's shipment (delivery slip and invoice, I enclose and example of my current templateddt_valorizzato000007 (2).pdfddt_valorizzato000007 (2).pdfddt_valorizzato000007 (2).pdf): e.g. need to add the company details on the header of these documents. Or change some text of the form. I evend tried to find an addon/module to purchase on the prestashop but no way to find anything that suits my need. I think this should be a common need. Any help on this issue will be very appreciated.

Hi, anyone knows why I get my ticke closed but without any answer (actually it doesn't count as "used ticket" as well)? the test of the ticket is: "site: www.caribee.it prestashop version: cloud how can I edit the order's documents (shipping slip, invoice)? Found on help documentation information reg. non cloud prestashop ( folder /pdf ....) but seems not suitable for my cloud version.
