jeanluc.12 Posted August 21, 2019 Share Posted August 21, 2019 I think its not possible to integrate the the login info. Generally login info can be different for each system like addons prestashop & its forum is havivng the different registration & login form. You can confiure the Preatashop cotnact such that tickets will be created in the OSticket (Redirect all the contact form email to specific email id).
