Moving temp system to permanant Domain

HI .  We are using 1.7 have added the Z.one theme registered the package to domain  cakeandcandy.com     We built (learned) the site by building things on a development domain.    We want to move the whole shop from the development domain to cakeandcandy.com.   I zipped and copied the "shop" directory and placed it on cakeandcandy.com   Then I uploaded the database and changed every instance of the old domain name to cakeandcandy.com   Also editedd the .htaccess file to reflect the new domain.   used the same db user name and password and set them in the /shop/apps/config/parameters.php file. 

 

The store does not load.   What else do I need to change.   

We did not make a huge number of changes in the theme so am I better off just doing a new install on cakeandcandy.com then re-modifying the theme.   Seems like a lot of work...Can anyone let me know what I missed in moving the entire site?
