Invoice addons / 2 shipments from same order

HI,

Can somebody recommended some module for invoicing, where you can invoice backorders differently? So example customer order 10 products, where 2 is backorder and longer shipment. They want another 8 rightaway and missing 2 when they arrived. Is there invoicing addons wich I'm able to do 2 invoice? Maybe manually pickup products wich have to invoice ?
