Module Admin Tabs link loads but in full screen, no prestashop menu.

Hi, I am still very new with Prestashop and I managed to create functional Admin Tabs for my application (I had them in Admin123/tabs (Prestashop 1.6).

Now I need to create an installation. I created a module and created controllers for each of the Admin Tabs and manage to show the pages when you click on the menu items. The only problem is that they are showing in full screen.

When I had them under Admin123/tabs they showed within Prestashop but now I have to click back to chose another menu item. I know I must be missing something vital. Is there something missing from my code which says how to load the page? Many thanks in advance.
