Paypal payment option doesn't show on every carrier

Hello,

I have a problem with my paypal module on prestashop 1.7.2.5, i have 2 carrier option which are "Colissimo" and "Mondial Relay", when the customer chose Mondial Relay everything works fine and both of my payment options show :  

 

But if it's the colissimo  one there only the credit card option that show and no longer the Paypal one :

 

 

You might need to know that i have the Paypal module Up to date and that i'm using Systempay for the credit card.

 

The problem is also that on the payment preferences on the backoffice, i can see the Systempay option but not the Paypal one so how can i select it for both of the carrier?
