Modules reverting after upgrade to previous version

Hello,

I havecurrently 3 modules to be upgraded to newest versions (1-click upgrade, faceted search and newsletter) and after I perform upgrade, doesn't matter if all at once or one by one, it gives me message box that module upgrade was completed succesfully, but after reloading the page same modules wants to be upgraded again and their version number is still outdated as well in their description.

I am working on localhost but never had this problem before. I noticed it with PS version 1.7.5.2 and now I upgraded to 1.7.6.0 and still the same. Any idea what is going on? It is driving me nuts...
