Problems after moving the store

After moving the store (copying files, changing data in settings.inc.php, creating a new database and importing content, regenerating htaccess) I have the following problems:

In the backoffice on the menu I can not go to some tab (Products, Categories) because they just do not expand. From here I can only enter the main categories.

The store reads all the time (arrows in the upper left corner, invisible statistics in the home screen because it loads ...).

The console shows a lot of different things, includingReferenceError: jQuery is not defined, ReferenceError: $ is not defined, SyntaxError: illegal character.

I generated the Htaccess by going to index.php?controlle=AdminMeta without using the token.
