gigapoint Posted July 28, 2019 Share Posted July 28, 2019 hi to all, I am configuring the shipping costs on prestashop 1.7.4.4 and I have created two shipping methods: express courier with different weight ranges up to 100kg and relative cost and collection on site with a single weight range from 0Kg to 300Kg with cost 0. If you deactivate the collection on site by simulating an order in the cart, the shipping costs respect the weight ranges. If, on the other hand, you simply enable collection on site the shipping costs are always FREE regardless of the weight and quantity of the products in the cart. Yet in the settings I deactivated the free shipping costs by entering the value 0 for both the weight and the cost. Where am I wrong or what is the problem?
