Finally I found the module which fit perfectly with my issue, https://addons.prestashop.com/es/edicion-rapida/42961-pedido-rapido-carga-masiva-de-productos-al-carrito.html If someone want the same solution, the module let the customer upload a csv with references and quantities of the products and them create a quick order.
