Jennym Posted July 16, 2019 Share Posted July 16, 2019 I am using prestashop 1.7.1.1 for my client and facing very strange issue with cache. when the cache is stored beyond the limit we cant login to the back office as well the prestashop system automatically stops sending emails to customer on new orders. Henrik41 Posted July 17, 2019 Share Posted July 17, 2019 This Prestashop cache issue makes everything unstable. I had some weird results in Multistores and I have no clue where the cache is located in 1.7.6. Tons of 404. Imagines are in tmp folders, I see folder called prod, database contains info like PS_CSS_CACHE and PS_JS_CACHE and the function clear all cache doesn't clear "all" the cache as files are still in my servers. We also have to deal with smarty template cache, server cache and browser cache to make it more overly complicated. Somebody needs to put the house in order before using this in production.
