[email protected] Posted July 11, 2019 Share Posted July 11, 2019 Hallo nachdem ich das update installiert habe komme ich nicht mehr ins Backoffice, Error 500. es kommt noch folgende meldung wenn ich ins backofice will: Whoops, looks like something went wrong. (1/1) ParameterNotFoundException The service "prestashop.core.mail_template.theme_folder_catalog" has a dependency on a non-existent parameter "mail_themes_dir". (Käfer = Bug) Generell ist es keine gute Idee, als einer der ersten auf eine neue Version zu updaten. Verwendest du das Standard- oder ein Fremdtemplate? rictools Posted July 12, 2019 Share Posted July 12, 2019 Dann stellt sich die Frage, ob dein (nicht genanntes) Theme mit der brandneuen Prestashop-Version kompatibel ist. Ich weiß jetzt nicht, wie man auf das Classic Theme zurückstellen kann, wenn man nicht ins BackOffice kommt. Und es kann natürlich auch eine ganz andere Ursache sein, keine Ahnung, ob bereits irgend jemand erfolgreich auf 1.7.6 aktualisiert hat. Notfalls mußt du Dateien aus einem Backup (ggf. auch bei deinem Provider) wiederherstellen. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
