'Not Found' Error

Hi guys

Yesterday we had an issue where our hosting package maximum number of files was exceeded - we have a limit of 250,000 files, and this number was exceeded by 0.07% - as such the shop crashed and we got a ton of errors in the error log. We were not aware of the file limit, and only after contacting our hosting provider did we figure out the issue. We could not access Prestashop Backoffice, so had to go in via FTP, and found an old shop backup which we deleted to reduce the number of files on the server, and instantly the shop was back up and running again.

The issue now is that the database seems to have a problem - aside from the homepage, every link we try is throwing up a 'Not Found' error.  Some of the images appear to be missing too. Is there a way to rebuild or fix this easily? The shop is here:
