terms-and-conditions-of-use twice in automated mails

Hi all!

I have an issue wich I can't find the solution for.

When a order is made there is a automated mail sent out to the customer.
In this mail below the actual info about the order comes terms-and-conditions-of-use text... Twice...

I have checked translations for each individual mail but there are no terms-and-conditions-of-use at all in thoose so should be somwhere  else.

This is annoying and comes in each and every mail sent out by the system.

I would really like to have just a link to the text there instead of the complete terms-and-conditions-of-use text but absolutelyt not the complete text twice

Can someone plz help me?
