hTTP 500 Internal Server Error trying to access ShopParameters>Product Settings

Hi I am receiving an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error trying to access ShopParameters>Product Settings. Its only for the product settings page in the admin I can access all other areas of the shop parameters.

My Prestashop version is 1.7.5.2 and the PHP Version is 2.1.19

I turned on debug and this is the summary from the log

Is there any suggestion on how I can fix this so I can access the product preferences
