Manually create order without adding a customer

Is it possible to manually add a new order without having to search for a customer or add a new customer?

When I click on "add new customer", I have to select a password and enter the customer's email. I don't want to create an account for some customers because they ordered from me in person and don't need an online account. But, I want to keep track of all orders in PrestaShop.

I am using PS V1.7.3.1

No, it's not possible. Orders are always linked to a customer. If you don't want to create a customer each time, create a "Virtual" customer and use it everytime for these orders.
