GlennR2V 0 Posted June 4 Hello Community, I'm seeking advice regarding a theme I bought a while ago. Since I installed it, it has given me nothing but trouble, it's error after error and all i get is replies requesting my credentials for ad-hoc fixes. I have spent more time testing the site for errors than actually loading products for the store. Moreover when I tried to talk to the theme support requesting a reason why a poorly coded theme is sold to the public, all i get is replies written in poor English, the likes of "We fixed your issue. Thank you!", "And we checked your site, it's working", when they clearly haven't because i keep finding more errors. I'm seeking a fair solution but the developer does nothing but reply in a machine manner, I assume they don't understand or just refuse to acknowledge my claims. Is there a way to get a refund or have somebody from Prestashop to intercede on my behalf? Because after all the so called fixes, the theme itself is faulty and paying 105 dollars for a theme that isn't fully functional is a robbery. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
