Error during install (1.7.5.2)

Hello,

I have been using version 1.6.... for awhile now and want to upgrade to 1.7.  So I've installed a clean copy onto my server and when I got to run the install program I get an error box.

The top errors are:

• Required PHP parameters
• Fileinfo extension is not enabled
• Intl extension is not loaded
  
  So are these related to the read/write/execute numbers in my PHP settings ?   They were at 755 and I've changed them to 777 to see if that changed anything and it doesn't seem to. 
  
  So can anyone tell me where I might go to enable the Fileinfo extension ?

this is stuff you have to set in php.ini. That is: when you have access to it. In some cases you will need to ask your hosting provider.
