SNeuper Posted May 21, 2019 Share Posted May 21, 2019 Hello prestashop community, As the title already says, whenever I am trying to work in the Backoffice, I am being logged out of the BO every few minutes, which is quite disruptive and annoying. I already tried some possible solutions, none of which seem to work. Even though I am using a static IP-Address, I disabled the option Check the cookie's IP address. The cookie lifetime is set to 480h and I deleted my cache after every changes I made to these settings. Any help regarding this issue would be very much appreciated.
