Additional description tab in product edit page

Hello!

I need more tabs in the product edit page. What I mean is indicated in the picture below. I have looked up modules, but they do not serve the purpose the way I need it to be. I want to know if there is a programmatic way to add a tab in the red circle on the picture below. The modules I looked up do not suit my need, because I do not want to create 5000 tabs in a separate module and have to scroll down and look them up. The purpose is to open the product and edit it directly. 

Any help would be appreciated.
