504 Gateway Time-out on Dashboard page only

Hi

I have an issue with a 504 Gateway Time-out. The problem is it only happens when I try to access the "Dashboard" or attempt to upload a module.

I can view all other pages in the site admin, I can update modules and customers and the site front end is working fine.

Any advise please.

Hi

Thanks for the reply. I understand and agree with what you say above. It's on a shared platform but will have word with tec support.

The only issue is that I have an exact copy of the site running on the same server and this has no problems with 504 Gateway Time-outs.
The site with the problem was moved temporally to a development domain, for upgrade testing.
