Smart Tester Posted May 15, 2019 Share Posted May 15, 2019 Recently we had migrate my old prestashop 1.5 to 1.6.1.23 and after that we are facing the 404 issues like when i am opening catalogs or advance parameters the page is getting load for long time and after that it returns the 404 not found error. We have tried everything clears the cache, regenerate the .htaccess file but the problem still not resolved so please help us to resolve the issue Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
musicmaster Posted May 18, 2019 Share Posted May 18, 2019 Have a look in the error logs of your server. This problem could also be a problem of your server that is unrelated to Prestashop.
