I can't translate modules

Recommended Posts

Hi...

I try to translate a module  and when I press save I get the error

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin/index.php on this server.

When I look at plesk log I see a record saying....

mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: openssl_decrypt(): IV passed is only 7 bytes long, cipher expects an IV of precisely 16 bytes, padding with \\0 in
/var/www/xxxxx.xxxx.gr/classes/Rijndael.php on line 91, referer: https://xxxx.xxxx.gr/admin/index.php?
controller=AdminInformation&token=4425f813ff82e0f945636428442027157d5c2

PrestaShop version 1.6.1.23
PHP version 7.0.33
MySQL version 10.1.40

Any help about it?

In my installation There is no option like that.

Yes, you do have.

In the backoffice: Advanced Settings -> Performance and then the second last option

No answer about the translation?

Can I change the translation by hand in the database or in a file?

If there is a translation file in another language you can just rename it and replace the translations.

The problem was on my provider firewall.

I create one exclusion rule and the problem solved

I try to solve the problem over 2 months and I finally solved it

Thank you all for the help
