Prestashop 1.7 - Hook list without action hook

Hi,

I am starting with PS1.7. and I am used to that PS1.6 show in BO all hooks including action hook. But this is missing in PS1.7.,  is this some new feature? PS1.7 is showing me only display hooks.

This is big issue for me, because I want to add module to new action hook but also I don't want to uninstall module. In PS1.6 it is really simple but there is no way how to do it in PS1.7 without manually in database or I don't see any option right now. 

Is this what I describe true or I am missing something?

Hello:

This functions remains the same, just change from menu. Now it is at Design -> Positions.
