Prestashop 1.6 not loading at all

Hi, I'm having an issue with a PS 1.6 installation, it's currently running on PHP 5.6 (if I move to PHP 7 it doesnt even try to load), and whenever I try to load the site it keeps loading, crashing after a minute:

However it's not an error but a notice... any idea on what may be happening or how can I troubleshoot this further?

My suggestion would be to install Prestools (it is not a module so that is possible) and then clean the cache and disable non_prestashop modules. You can also disable overrides.

As an alternative you might consider deleting the posstaticfooter module (just move the directory somewhere else). It is not sure that it is the problem but it is the only indication you have.

Once you are in you can bring things back one by one until you find the cause of the problems.
