Chrisb829 Posted April 30, 2019 Share Posted April 30, 2019 We have been offering free shipping via Canada Post on orders over $150 for a while now with no issues. As of 3:30PM yesterday, for some reason all orders including under $150 started automatically offering Free Shipping. It is a bit frustrating at the moment as Canada Post is saying it's a Prestashop issue, Presta is saying it's Canada Post - and we ourselves have tried several solutions to no avail. Could it be possible there was a glitch on Presta that changed the code? or possibly a blip that messed up the configuration? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted April 30, 2019 Share Posted April 30, 2019 The only "glitch" possible on Presta shop would come from you or one of your colleagues changing something such as adding or modifying a module or theme.
