shon Posted April 29, 2019 Share Posted April 29, 2019 Goodmorning everyone, I searched everywhere but I could not find a solution, PS 1.7.5. I am trying to understand how I can channel the messages forwarded by the Contact Form, so that they are addressed to certain Employees. I'll explain. Currently, with the Contact Form it appears that it is only possible to create several contact recipients (contact IDs) to which, through the drop-down menu, the user chooses to forward any message. What I would like to do is associate an Employee with each Id so that it is responsible for responding to those discussions, ES: In the Employees section I: John Doe-> Profile: Customer Service In the Contact Section I have: ID 2 -> Customer Service I would like to connect the two things so that any messages sent by a user, through the Contact-Us Form, to the "Customer Service", are then manageable (and therefore viewable) in the BO of PS only (Admin aside) by the Employee "John Doe ", and not by any employee having access to the Customer Service section in the BO. (Regardless of the email flows that are generated, I am interested in managing thred by BO in the Customer Service section).
