account creation, does not take changes!

Hi guys, I have a problem with the configuration of the fields for creating a new user account.
In practice even if I go to change the fields in Nations-> Italy and setting the required fields in Customers-> Addresses, I clear the cache of both the browser and the site, I have no change whatsoever.

I wanted to put the mobile number as mandatory, or at least make it appear during the creation of the account, but it does not appear.

What can it be? what can i do?
I made a migration from 1.6.1.23 to 1.7.5.1, otherwise it works.
