Save button save the data in database but it shows loading only

Hi Guys

Recently i've encounter an issue and we've still unable to find out what is the root cause. 
We edit a product the product when we click save on the product the page will not refresh. It seems like the when we click the save button it doesn't post and refresh the page. When I refresh it show the updated value.

This is also happened to the customer order status when we update their payment status they will not be able to see it. They have to clear their browser cahce re log in and see the updates. This wasnt happen before and i've been using it for many years and the issue start appearing about 1 month ago. 

 

Prestashop version is 1.6

What is your exact Prestashop version ? Problem is appear since upgrade of your browser ?

It seems you use an outdated version who has not been patched for Ajax

This problem is fixed since 1.6.1.9, if you don’t want to upgrade your PrestaShop, you can apply the fix yourself : https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/pull/6749/commits/73fd8dbed9f413a70f7d04fc4badd48f00ca501a

My live site is using 1.6.05

Thank you for your reply. I wil try the fix and see if it works.

 

Actually i have another 1.7 version that is in development is also encountering the same issue
