Amatory Posted April 15, 2019 Share Posted April 15, 2019 Hi all, I am trying to figure out how to send a custom email template when a certain product is sold. I have made the email template. What I'd ideally like to happen is when a customer orders a VIP package they get a custom email template with all the info I have put in it (without changing the order status) I am using Prestashop 1.7 Hope that makes sense, thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
