Changes are implemented very slowly.

Hello to all

I am modifying the custom.css file of the current theme, but changes are applying very slowly... For example I changed custom.css file and changes comes in 2-3 hours. 

Force compiling is ON, smartCache is OFF and CCC is OFF.

What can it be? Probably my hosting provider?

Refresh the page with Ctrl + R.

Of course I did it but nothing changed

U can also trurn off HTTP cache at your webhosting admin panel, and im also using Cache killer module (chrome extension)

Thanks a lot! Yes it was the problem of cache, I solved it with next steps (in Performance tab):

1.disabled all cache (disable cache, disable smart cache css, disable smart cache javascript)

2. Clear cache

3. make Modifications

4.Enable cache.

5.Clear cache.

And normally it solves the problems!
