PrestaHeroes USA Posted April 11, 2019 Share Posted April 11, 2019 out of the box this is not an issue so we can suspect you have made some change. did you run a database cleaner? also make sure to enable ps debug mode, check apache logs etc. to see if there is error that is not being displayed. to determine if bad override or module, on performance page you can toggle these to determine if solved by disabling on or the other or both. If you do not have a lot invested, i.e. this is new installation you are just starting to build catalog learn and given nature of your issue consider a new installation with the previous learnings and a working cart. happy ps'ing el Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
