error for Enable SSL (ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)

Hi everyone ,

I have a problem to Enable SSL

I go in Store parameters -> General -> Enable SSL (click here to check that your store supports HTTPS) and the answer is this error:

Unable to reach site

Connection denied by localhost

Try to:

Check the connection

Check the proxy and firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I have check my internet connection and it’s ok

I have allow Chrome to access the network in the firewall settings

In Chrome the LAN settings is “automatically detects settings" (not flag the server proxy)

Someone has experience?

Your hosting must install a certificate SSL before can use it

the Prestashop only changed http -> HTTPS, but it is not 100% SSL/HTTPS
