Whatever I try, clicking Next gives no response (yes, I de-selected the "Receive notifications by e-mail"box).No errors or anything.Any suggestions? TropischBruin Posted March 15, 2011 Author Share Posted March 15, 2011 Clean install does not create all the necessary fields in the database.Store front works, Admin works but the employee tables is not filled so there is no user. In other words: you cannot login to the Admin.My MySQL also shows an error: PRIMARY and INDEX keys should not both be set to the column `id_employee`. shoeman Posted March 24, 2011 Share Posted March 24, 2011 Hello,I had the same STEP 4 problem with a blank Prestashop 1.4but managed to log in.Before I could do so I had to do 2 things.First remove the INSTALL folder secondly RENAME the ADMIN folder (ex. adminx)Then you can go to http://yourprestashopurl.com/adminx and log in thereYou wil see that you have created a new user every time you pressed NEXT in step 4So although it doesn't realy fix the problem I keeps the bedbugs awayHope this helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
