Add product sold to quantity discounts

Hi everybody,

I need to do the following, if there is a product sold 10 times I want that the discount_quantity consider how many units have been sold and apply the discounts from then.

ie.

ipods sold =9


5 units 10 units 20units
-5% -10% -20%

so, if 1 more ipod is sold, I want it with a 10% discount

"Its like discounts consider always the product_sold"

Any idea how to do this
