Parent Category ID

Hi there

I am creating megamenus using leo bootstrap theme in prestashop 1.6 and need to create widgets to put in the megamenu.

In widgets, I see that for sub categories with a parent, I need to input the parent category ID, but I don´t know how to find this ID. 

Thanks, no doubt, to bad data inputting, my subcategories are doing strange things in my megamenu and I presume it is because I haven´t inputted the correct parent category ID.

I have no coding knowledge whatsoever and am learning to use the platform to finish the job my web developer has done (apparently this is for my own good!) so that I can manage the system in the future.
