pikkio92 Posted April 3, 2019 Share Posted April 3, 2019 Hi everyone, I just added a video to a product through RESPONSIVE filemanager v.9.3.3 into the product description. Here's the product Click here Everything seems to be ok, video size, mp4 format etc but when I try to see the video on mobile, it shows the blank player and is not possible to play the video. Thanks I tried with Android/Chrome and worked! You can check Javascript errors at console (Ctrl + Shift + J). And you should contact module developer to fix it.
