No Email Option

Hello everyone,

I m interested in the following option:
As my website is focused on selling for girls, girls nowadays still don't use emails all the time, and I get more than 3 calls per day that they don't have an email.

I would like to have this:
At checkout, they can select "NO EMAIL".
I have this module active: https://addons.prestashop.com/en/express-checkout-process/6841-one-page-checkout-for-prestashop.html .
As I know someone having that option, they told me when someone selects NOEMAIL, it automatically generates backoffice an email with the next info "a random letter"and phone [email protected] 

Is this possible for me also? I am using prestashop 1.7.5
