I bought a theme for the marketplace, unfortunately some elements work badly. I wrote to the theme creator. He replied that in order to help me, I must give him the password for the administrative panel and the data for FTP. Is that safe and I can safely give him such data? Am I protected in some way? roja45 Posted April 1, 2019 Share Posted April 1, 2019 You can create a new user/password to give them access, and then revoke it afterward, but there really are only some things that can be fixed directly accessing the files and folders.
