Order Confirmation is Very slow

I am using Prestashop 1.7.4.2

When trying to make any payments, It is taking 10 min to complete the payment.

After 5 mins I am receiving email and after 5 more mins I am redirected to Order Confirmation Page.

I tried all possible ways, can some one help me with this please ?

Some database trigger is running when we make payment.

When that trigger is disabled, it worked.

Thank you for your reply, actually this is happening to my eshop only when the customer chose to pay via  "cash on deLivery" I thought that it might be the module cod  which I use but even when I installed another module the processing time is still above 10 seconds. I check my database and there isn't any kind of trigger.
