JorgeLemos Posted March 28, 2019 Share Posted March 28, 2019 I'm using an OVH shared server to host a PrestaShop 1.7.3 and the website starts to have a "Waiting (TTFB) - 11.02s", but the back office is running normally I already try performance check cleaning cache and used a DB cleaner and still the same, can anyone help whit this problem. JBW Posted April 1, 2019 Share Posted April 1, 2019 Check your modules and overrides. You can try to deactivate all (on a test instance or in maintanance mode) and check the performance. I just run the website on local and it run ok, so I think that is the server probably, I'm in contact with them already to check if is their problem. Thanks.
