Impossible de se connecter au backoffice suite cache vidé

Bonjour à tous!

Depuis quelques minutes impossible de se connecter au back office : erreur 500.

J'ai vidé le cache juste avant car j'ai modifié le nombre de caractère dans le fichier product.tpl.

comme toujours en cas d'erreur 500 et pour en savoir plus, il faut modifier cette ligne au début du fichier config/defines.inc.php :

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);

par

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

Et donnez-nous l'erreur après avoir rafraîchi la page

sur le ftp, répertoire /config et à l'intérieur de celui-ci le fichier defines.inc.php

Donc, j'ai fait la modif, j'ai rafraîchi, et là je peux accéder au BO...

Du coup c'est bon? Ou je remets le fichier config/defines.inc.php comme avant?

Ok....

Ce sont les 1.7 qui cachent des erreurs quand le mode debug est actif, mais c'est juste idiot car le problème est toujours présent en fait...

une fois connectée, allez dans l'onglet Performances et cliquez sur "vider le cache"

Et ensuite remettez le fichier comme il était à l'origine

Parce que si vous le laissez sur "true" toutes les erreurs de code, template, etc vont apparaittre en front office....

Si vous avez accès au fichier error.log chez votre hébergeur vous pourrez en savoir plus sur cette erreur, là il m'est difficile de vous aider plus...

dans l'interface ovh -> hebergement -> accès log (ca renvoie sur une autre page) récupérer le error.log du jour

Quand je clic sur error, il n'y a pas de fichier et quand je clic sur parent directory , je tombe sur le fichier envoyé

j'ai a peu près le même souci.

Plus d'accès au back office apres une mauvaise manip dans la configuration du cache sans doute.

j'ai ce message d'erreur lorsque je souhaite me connecter au BO :
