Delivery slot as per zipcode

I have a grocery store catering to few areas

whole country is divided into 99 zones. which makes it easy for me to just collect all the zone number which i will deliver. ( A zone can be like a locality with around 50-200 houses or buildings.)

My small country does not have zipcode as in prestashop. so i have updated the translation of zipcode to Zonecode to use 'NN' as zone code . So Now i can get everyones zone number when they register or when they order.

Question

1. I want to keep delivery slots according to zones (or ps zipcode).

example zone #38,#39,#40,#56,#67,#88 etc I can deliver from 4-7PM daily. some zone can have multiple delivery  per day. this can help me exclude the zone which are not feasible for delivery. or I can have weekly delivery. Any module which can be helpful.

2. Is there any recommended module / app, which can help the delivery team in general as we are doing our own delivery.

( Also these zonecodes come under muncipality area. there are 7 muncipality areas. ( 1-50 comes under municipality 1 ). 51-60 zone muncipality 2. I have not used the municipality names as of now in the Customer contact.  )

Also if i get the zone, street number, building number -> free GIS MAP service can help locate the building

You will probably need to set up each of your "zones" as a separate prestashop zone, and also have different "carriers" for each timeslot
