Hello MigrationPro - Tech Team,

Your software did not import more than 400 out of over 700 items.

We contacted for a refund on March 1, 2019,  through the PrestaShop/developer online contact form.

Your site says you have a money back guarantee.

We want our money back.

We are sorry but we didn't get any message from you.

it would be great if you can send me your message thread ID or Invoice ID to check the occurred problem.

Also, you can send me a message to direct about your problem, then we will fix it immediately.

Proper to PrestaShop addons policy we have to check the problem before the Refund process. If our technician team cannot solve the problem then we can begin the refund.
