Problema ritiro in negozio

IT - Buongiorno,

ho configurato prestashop con l'opzione ritiro in negozio e pagamento contanti, fin qui tutto bene se non per il fatto che se un cliente extra UE che acquista presso i totem a disposizione nei punti vendita in italia inserisce i suoi dati  di fatturazione il sistema lo interpreta come vendita extra ue  e non applica l'iva, il sistema non dovrebbe gestire il ritiro in negozio senza prendere in considerazione i dati di fatturazione ? grazie

I have configured prestashop with the option to pick up in the shop and cash payment, so far so good if not for the fact that if an extra UE customer who buys at the totems available in stores in Italy inserts his billing data the system interprets it as extra eu sales and does not apply VAT, should the system not handle in-store pick-up without taking billing information into account? thank you
