CMS pages in prestashop 1.7 load in white

We've got the same problem here! The cms page shows the title, but the content won't load. It's a big problem since we cant use the site properly right now. I hope someone will respond soon.

At the moment no one gave us an answer either in this forum or in the Spanish forum.

What version of Prestashop are you using?

Good morning,

I still dont have a solution, im gonna keep trying en let you know when I find the solution. I'm using Prestashop 1.7.5.1. and the warehouse theme. The pages wont work anymore since tranfer perstashop 1.6 to 1.7.

Hope we find a solution to this problem soon!

Hi!

 

I found the solution! 

In backoffice > design > positions > Transplant a Module

You need to rehook elementor module to following hooks

  • displayBlogElementor 
  • displayCMSDisputeInformation 
  • displayProductElementor 
  • displayCategoryElementor 
  • displayBackOfficeHeader 
  • displayHome

I hope it works for you too!
