1.It doesn't have a wartermark feature, but it's compatible with wartermark modules. 

I've test the module with prestashop's native watermark module, they worked fine with each other https://github.com/PrestaShop/watermark

avez vous un accès back office pour faire des tests ? voir la différence de qualité ?

I'm looking to use ImageMagick (or GraphicsMagick) on my website to gain quality/weight, but above all to be able to keep the ICC profiles of my images.

How well does your module keep the icc profiles of the images?
