Why _PS_PRICE_COMPUTE_PRECISION_ is set as _PS_PRICE_DISPLAY_PRECISION_ ?

Hello,

Recently I found out that _PS_PRICE_COMPUTE_PRECISION_ which is used a lot in roundings is the same as _PS_PRICE_DISPLAY_PRECISION_ because it is set in config\config.inc.php.
It is kinda weird because _PS_PRICE_DISPLAY_PRECISION_ is set basicaly to 2 but if we will use 2 in _PS_PRICE_COMPUTE_PRECISION_  then a lot of tax exclude values won't be correct.

Is it a bug?
