When the ERP tries to communicate with the Prestashop installation there is this error message: Configuration problem: HTTP XML response is not parsable: array ( 0 => LibXMLError::__set_state(array( 'level' => 3, 'code' => 4, 'column' => 1, 'message' => 'Start tag expected, \'<\' not found ', 'file' => '', 'line' => 1, )), ) I contacted the ERP and they said that when the API test call is made, the shop home page is making a wrong redirection to a subdirectory /api/customers.
